How to Add Your Signature

Gmail (Web)

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right and select See all settings
  2. Scroll down to the Signature section
  3. Click Create new and give your signature a name
  4. Select the signature preview above, copy it (Ctrl+C / Cmd+C)
  5. Paste it into the signature editor (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V)
  6. Set your signature as default for new emails and replies
  7. Scroll down and click Save Changes

Outlook (Desktop - Windows)

  1. Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures
  2. Click New and enter a name for your signature
  3. Select the signature preview above, copy it (Ctrl+C)
  4. Paste it into the signature editor (Ctrl+V)
  5. Choose your new signature as the default for new messages and replies
  6. Click OK to save

Outlook (Desktop - Mac)

  1. Go to Outlook > Preferences > Signatures
  2. Click the + button to create a new signature
  3. Select the signature preview above, copy it (Cmd+C)
  4. Paste it into the signature editor (Cmd+V)
  5. Set as default signature for your account
  6. Close the preferences window to save

Outlook (Web / Microsoft 365)

  1. Click the gear icon and select View all Outlook settings
  2. Go to Mail > Compose and reply
  3. Select the signature preview above, copy it (Ctrl+C / Cmd+C)
  4. Paste it into the signature editor (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V)
  5. Check the boxes to include signature in new messages and replies
  6. Click Save

Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Go to Mail > Settings (or Preferences) > Signatures
  2. Select your email account and click the + button
  3. Select the signature preview above, copy it (Cmd+C)
  4. Paste it into the signature area (Cmd+V)
  5. Uncheck "Always match my default message font" to preserve formatting
  6. Set as default signature using the dropdown at the bottom
  7. Close the window to save

Apple Mail (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Go to Settings > Mail > Signature
  2. Note: iOS Mail has limited HTML support. For best results, email the signature to yourself
  3. Open the email on your device, select and copy the signature
  4. Paste it into the signature field in Settings
