How to Add Your Signature
Gmail (Web)
- Click the gear icon in the top right and select
See all settings - Scroll down to the Signature section
- Click
Create newand give your signature a name - Select the signature preview above, copy it (
Ctrl+C/Cmd+C) - Paste it into the signature editor (
Ctrl+V/Cmd+V) - Set your signature as default for new emails and replies
- Scroll down and click
Save Changes
Outlook (Desktop - Windows)
- Go to
File>Options>Mail>Signatures - Click
Newand enter a name for your signature - Select the signature preview above, copy it (
Ctrl+C) - Paste it into the signature editor (
Ctrl+V) - Choose your new signature as the default for new messages and replies
- Click
OKto save
Outlook (Desktop - Mac)
- Go to
Outlook>Preferences>Signatures - Click the
+button to create a new signature - Select the signature preview above, copy it (
Cmd+C) - Paste it into the signature editor (
Cmd+V) - Set as default signature for your account
- Close the preferences window to save
Outlook (Web / Microsoft 365)
- Click the gear icon and select
View all Outlook settings - Go to
Mail>Compose and reply - Select the signature preview above, copy it (
Ctrl+C/Cmd+C) - Paste it into the signature editor (
Ctrl+V/Cmd+V) - Check the boxes to include signature in new messages and replies
- Click
Save
Apple Mail (Mac)
- Go to
Mail>Settings(orPreferences) >Signatures - Select your email account and click the
+button - Select the signature preview above, copy it (
Cmd+C) - Paste it into the signature area (
Cmd+V) - Uncheck "Always match my default message font" to preserve formatting
- Set as default signature using the dropdown at the bottom
- Close the window to save
Apple Mail (iPhone/iPad)
- Go to
Settings>Mail>Signature - Note: iOS Mail has limited HTML support. For best results, email the signature to yourself
- Open the email on your device, select and copy the signature
- Paste it into the signature field in Settings
